TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing from me, you automatically agree to all these terms.

GENERAL

• These Terms of Service may be updated any time without prior notice.
• All work must be discussed in tickets.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• You must not take my graphics as your own.
• You cannot cancel an order after it's began. Only I can do so, if appropriate.

PRICES

• Prices will vary depending on the complexity and time it will take to finish.
• PSD, SVG, Ai Files have extra charge. May depends on the content.

PAYMENTS

• You must pay first before I start.
• All payment goes through PayPal invoice.
• Payments below $50 must be paid 100%.
• Payments above $51 must have 50% paid before work is started.
• Once the first 50% is paid, there is no backing out.
• You must cover the fees.

REFUNDS

• Cancellations and Refunds can only be made before the work is started.
• Refunds will have transfer/conversion fees deducted from payment received.
• Charge backs are disallowed no matter what the condition is.
